Our first batch of goods has cleared customs in the Netherlands and we are coordinating its shipment to our warehouse. From there, we need to do some test orders, and will ready to begin operations within a few days!
When it opens, we will be able to ship everywhere in the EU common market without customs fees, and with faster delivery than from the USA warehouse.
The warehouse will open in three phases:
Phase 1: Tea Equipment and Tea Pets
Phase 2: Taiwanese Teas
Phase 3: Chinese Mainland teas
We are in the process of upgrading our entire supply chain to get additional pesticide and heavy metals testing as required by EU import law.
